Great host, great car and it drives great!! This is my second time renting and I was very pleased.

I recently rented a car and encountered a few challenges during my trip, but overall, I was impressed with the service from my host. While driving on the highway, I felt a shift in the transmission, which prompted me to contact the host immediately. They were very responsive and understanding, I had to pull off the highway as the car eventually showed a check engine light.
The host and I stayed in constant communication, and they offered to swap cars since the vehicle wouldn't move out of drive. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate me and drove the distance to facilitate
However, about an hour later, I encountered another issue the key fob for the new car stopped working. I was locked out of the car reached out to the host again, and they were very helpful, assisting me in getting a new battery for the fob. They even agreed to reimburse me for the cost and the travel to the store.
Despite the hiccups, I was impressed with the host's communication and problem solving skills. They remained polite and accommodating throughout the process, even giving me a few extra hours on my rental. I. Great job, guys!
