Great ride, well maintained, at a reasonable price. We enjoyed JoyRider's Tesla Model 3 and had a fun time in Orlando. The host and cohost are reasonably quick in responding to requests and questions. We noted that the car did not come with the standard Tesla charging cable and adapter, but they did provide the fast-charging CCS adapter, which was a plus. The only two reasons this is not a 5-star review are that: 1) the host refused to add my Tesla account to the authorized drivers, which usually makes the experience a lot more flawless and 2) the Omni Parking lot they selected for airport pickup was a bit misleading as it is really off-airport and took a while to get to via their shuttle.
