I was charged $143 because the picture of my ID wasn't accepted and my trip was canceled after I was sent the email to come pick the car up. They wanted me to redo the pictures of my ID and I didn't submit pictures in time. So they refunded the money that they charge for me to rent the vehicle. Except for $443 they kept because of the ID re-upload took too long.
At the end of the rental this guest asked me if there was anything I could about the $143 and I said I would reach out to support. Within an hour I had spoken with support and the guest received a full refund.
