Car was filthy. Car smelled like an ashtray. While the host did try to swap a car he never told me he dropped it off until I had to contact him find out if he dropped it off. They ruined my first day of vacation.

Scent inside, pictures aren’t accurate, interior stains, got me to where I need to go. Host is a good communicator so I will rent from them again just not this car for out of town purposes. There other vehicles are better.
