Quality of vehicle was great. The locations is great and safe, well lit. Great customer service. There is an undisclosed air tag in the vehicle and they track you. I guess it’s understandable but it felt intrusive.

Hello Brittany I was trying to say we highly apologize if you didn't like our pick up location, but in our pick up location we offer pretty big open parking lot where there is usually barely any cars so its easy to fine you’re rental vehicle, there are cameras 24/7 and you are welcome to leave your own personal vehicle as well like how we let you today Or If you'd like we offer delivery services as well 24/7 a day 7 days a week, as well where we can deliver your rental vehicle straight to you 😊
