The bumper was falling off, Turo told me to return it and they would reimbursed and then replace it and once returned it they said they could only do one or the other
This review leaves out a key detail: the damage referenced occurred during the guest’s trip, not before it. Once the issue was reported, we immediately advised returning the vehicle and offered guidance on obtaining a replacement through Turo if safety was a concern. Despite describing it as unsafe, the vehicle continued to be used until checkout. Any reimbursement decisions were made solely by Turo, not by us as the host.
