This was like a herby car. No registration in vehicle. Host told me and Turo he would send it. He never did. He also stopped responding to me. It had temporary plates, when I looked up the vin number and try to verify car is registered the state shows a picture of a different car. Brakes need replaced, not great at all. Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to mine or my partners phone. No music for a week. Back up camera is very cheap and unreliable. The whole experience was super shady- I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this one earned it for so many reasons.

I’m sorry for going quiet, but Turo strictly told me to stop messaging after they escalated the case about crossing the border. I’m glad the car was reliable enough to take you safely to Arizona and back. Turo verifies all registration, but I’ll make sure copies are easier to find. The Bluetooth is working perfectly now too. I hope to keep improving and wish you the best!
