This was an electric car that had a poor battery which needed to be charged too often. Also, the Telsa app and the link provided would not work which caused me to spend very much time attempting to use it.
Battery health is well within normal limits and expected highway range was clearly explained to you beforehand.
All 20+ of your questions were answered promptly and you were walked through how to download the Tesla app which was successfully used throughout your trip.
