This was by far the most stressful and disappointing rental experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was full of confusion, poor communication, and outright dishonesty. What was supposed to be a simple rental turned into a nightmare.
Not only did the the host make the process incredibly difficult, but they also lied on me. They accused me of things that were completely false, and instead of taking accountability for their own mistakes, they tried to shift the blame onto me.
I’ve rented vehicles many times before and have never dealt with a host so unprofessional and careless. Trust me—this is not a host you want to give your money to. I will never book with them again, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to steer clear.

Guest gave my finely engineered Tesla to her brother to drive tho he was an unapproved driver. He must have thought the car ran on hopes and dreams instead of battery power because he found himself stranded after driving 400+ miles in under 24 hours. That said, they knew how to charge but thought their aspirations would take them further than Tesla's battery power. I too was disappointed as I was rooting for him. No worries tho, roadside assistance towing was able to bail them out
Igor was a great host and the car was great to drive. This was my first time driving an electric car but he took the time to show me how to operate it and charge it.
