The breaks were really bad , I couldn’t find the drop off level so I ended up missing my flight because he didn’t know where the first floor was

Being new to the platform, I think that your expectation was one of a traditional rental experience. I left explicit instructions on how to return the vehicle and have never had anyone have an issue. I am sorry that you missed your flight but I am very well versed with the Atlanta airport and I did not contribute to your being late. I called you and attempted to walk you through the process but you were very stressed by that time. I wish you the best in your next experience.
