Easy pickup. Very responsive. Car drove good. There is a clicking noise when you turn and I did update the host that the back driver side brake is out And they were very responsive as to directions of what to do. Would definitely rent from host again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the vehicle drove well overall. The brake light concern was inspected after the trip, and the affected bulb was replaced. The lighting system was then tested and confirmed to be working properly. The vehicle is currently in good operating condition with no related issues. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and value the opportunity to keep our vehicles properly maintained.
Great communication. Easy to work with. Small hiccup when we went to pickup the car as the lockbox code they sent was wrong so we did sit there for about 15 minutes going back and forth at 10pm until they realized they sent us the wrong code 😂 but glad they were responding that late and got it all figured out! We had a great trip!
