I received excellent customer service. The car was clean and the communication was great.

The host is very kind and helpful. I just feel this car should not be on Turo for that price. It is a 20 year old vehicle and makes a lot of strange and loud noises.
Maybe guest is not familiar with hybrid car, but I don’t hear abnormal noises from it. It’s an old car but still reliable and looking good.

Car was pretty dirty on the inside & outside. I know I rented last minute but I still believe it should have been cleaned prior to the last renter.
It ran fine though and picking & dropping off was easy.
I'm sorry for not meeting your expectation but the car was not dirty. If my car still looks decent, I don't wash the car but cleaning all windows instead. Car also always has interior cleaning and vacuuming between trips.
