My experience was not the best considering I frequently rent cars through Turo. The car itself was reliable. My only issue was the interior was noticeably dirty with stains on the seats, food and trash under the seats. The car had an unpleasant odor that wouldn’t go away. The gas was not full upon pick up and the key fobe did not work, so I had to manually lock/unlock the car which was an inconvenience. Really nice car, just wish it would’ve been professionally maintained.
