Dear Turo community. I cancelled the trip because the guest has 2.9 rating and a history of smoking, damaging and returning dirty cars with food and stains. I prefer losing my All Star status than parking my car for months because I don't want to expose my future guests to the discomfort of vape smoke. From experience it can take months to fully remove these smells.

The Avalon was very clean and rode perfectly…and the host was really nice and communicative.. would definitely rent from them again
