Smooth pickup and drop off, good communication

The car was great. Good gas mileage, easy to drive. The brakes were the only thing that were concerning, they need to be replaced. The only other difficult thing was locating the vehicle initially. App said it was in one location, owner said another, probably just to save a few bucks. Was inconvenient to have to walk a mile and a half in the rain to get the car. But not so inconvenient that I would lower the overall rating because I don’t mind getting a little wet. Just a minor inconvenience for me. Communication was just ok with owner.
