The worst rental car I had to deal with arrive two hours late no gas check engine light on cracked windshield personal belongings in the car missing fuel cap had a friend drop off the car. Put up fake parking photos cause we did not receive the car in park. And had a AirTag inside tracking us.

As an All Star Host with 5 Stars to my name, I believe this lady might be underage using her mother’s name and ID. She Lied that gas was on Red (E empty) and was attempting to ask my friend (a stranger) for gas, saying that “he offered”. I then asked her for the pictures to confirm her claims but she refused to send it. A few minutes later she sent it with gas in it. She then called and asked me if she can get a 1 day off her 2 day trip after we agreed on changes on arrival time for her and me.

Host was very responsive, but it was very unsettling for the check engine light to be on the entire time (even though he did tell us when we arrived), but it was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. Also, the gas was only 3/4 of the tank full, but we are expected to return it full even though that was not the way it was handed off to us.
