Reserving the car was easy, but the pickup experience was disappointing. I had reserved the car from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., but I received a message saying it would not be ready until 10:30 a.m. In reality, it wasn't available until after 11:00 a.m.
While I was waiting, the employee still needed to vacuum the car and take it to be washed (the car was still not fully clean and I added photos), which caused further delays. As a result, I missed an 11:30 a.m. restaurant reservation and had to change my plans.
To make matters worse, the check engine light came on during my trip. I reported it immediately, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, it felt like one problem after another and returned the car 3 hours early, and the rental did not meet my expectations.
