Car was cool. Need new speakers

Unacceptable. I should have read the reviews before booking. By the time I realized the car was unsafe and unreliable it was getting dark. I requested for him to come get it and maybe bring a car that had working brakes and working power steering and he refused after I told him this car was not safe and not drivable. The car sat the entire time because we were scared to drive it. Once he continues to refuse to come and get the car couple days, it went by now with the car still sitting if the mileage is checked, you’ll see nobody drove it. Nowhere from the spot was at except to there where we had it parked the entire time. So I had a friend with a tow truck because it’s called was so dangerous come and pick up the car and I rode with them to drop the car off at the pick up location. The owner meet us there and still try to be in denial about it until he drove it his own self and seeing what the issues are and it was undeniable at that point. I asked for an honest refund we didn’t drive the car the whole entire time he even checked the mileage and seen that we didn’t even drive the car. He said he would refund us verbally, but then when trying to do it through Turo, he was saying that Turo had to determine how much we get refunded and he wasn’t willing to just give us a refund despite the damages and things that are already done to the car prior to us getting in the car.
