I was very unsatisfied with this vehicle and the host. The car hadn’t been washed prior to pick up and was covered completely in pollen like the car hadn’t been sitting for a while. I had to take it to get washed due to my small child having severe pollen allergy. There was confusion with pick up due to the vehicles being the same make, model and color and very similar tag numbers only 2 digits off. Secondly, the screen with navigation and radio didn’t work in which i was unable to enjoy listening to any music for my long travel. None of the ports or lighter charger port was working in which i was unable to charge my phone which left me stranded on the side of the road for 45 minutes with 2 small children until someone was able to bring me a portable charger to be able to continue on my trip. i informed the host about all of my concerns she kept leaving my messages on read without responding. until the next day. I have booked many cars on Turo and never had a bad experience until now.
