The vehicle was in good condition, and the host provided clear instructions regarding the pickup process and other details. However, I had an unpleasant experience during a previous trip with my partner, when we were charged an additional $25 administrative fee related to tolls one month after our trip had ended.
Although I tried to clarify the situation with both the host and Turo, neither provided a clear explanation. Instead, I received contradictory responses from both parties, which ultimately led me to pay the fee without having my concerns satisfactorily addressed.
I believe these types of charges should be explained more transparently from the beginning to avoid misunderstandings and inconveniences.
