Car is what I might expect for a 2019 definitely clean small issue with screen on sunroof other than that the multiple host which I like definitely respond immediately and pick up was a breeze

I've rented from this host several times, which is why I was taken by surprise when we picked this one up. The condition of the inside wasn't exactly the best, and when I reached out to get a resolution, I found myself in a very frustrating standstill with one of the team members. This frustration was short-lived, though, because Joshua immediately got in touch with me and offered a solution within minutes. I completely understand that things happen, and sometimes people have "off" days, so rating this poorly wouldn't be fair or a true representation of my experience overall. That said, I still feel like this deserves a 4-star review. Thanks again!

The car was not as clean as I expected. Windows appeared wiped with a dirt rag. Something was spilled on the driver side door. When the interior was warm it smelled slightly of marijuana.
The driver side door had damage that sounded when the door was opened. The roof was noticeably damaged.
The service engine soon light came on day one.
Unfortunately, I have been hounded for a rating for two weeks. Despite my reluctance to rate it poorly, I am tired of the harassment. This is my review.
This was my first and likely last rental through Turo.
No smoking allowed
