The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had and maintained good communication throughout the trip. The ride itself was smooth, although the vehicle could have used a bit more cleaning on the inside. I also noticed the undercarriage was already hanging prior to my trip, which caused some scraping over bumps. Other than that, everything went well.
