Car was perfect, communication was great per usual as I always rent from Bro

Car drives great and good looking car. Unfortunately it smelled really bad like cigarettes and im allergic. The car was dirty inside lots of fingers and greasy fingers I believe from a previous turnaround reservation.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the lingering odor. The vehicle had just been returned. After discovering it had been smoked in, I completed a full interior/exterior cleaning along with multiple deodorizing treatments before your pickup.
While these treatments are typically effective, a lingering odor can sometimes persist. I’ve since reinforced post-trip inspections to help prevent this going forward. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention.
