Something tailored to this car and this rental experience, not a broad Tesla introduction you'd find on YouTube. A simple FAQ or a few annotated screenshots covering things like Supercharger use (and a note that charging costs are handled through Turo so there's no surprise billing) would dramatically reduce friction for first-time or infrequent Tesla renters. The pickup location itself was fine, but the same white-glove principle applies here too. A small but impactful detail: simply letting renters know to look for the red van marked "Pre-Flight," including the parking garage phone number, and providing clear step-by-step instructions to call ahead and let them know you're ready for pickup would eliminate all guesswork. I ended up spending unplanned time researching a process that the host could have explained in two sentences. This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. My trip was a total dud--I had a random, never-before-seen error with the car that didn't allow me to charge it. Had to rent a car from a different place to finish my trip. HOWEVER, Alex was amazing. He was super responsive and spent like 2 hours on the phone with me and Tesla support to get my issue resolved. I'm leaving him a great review because he went above and beyond to help me even though the problem wasn't his fault. I wasn't incredibly impressed with Turo and their refund policy... but I definitely was with Alex. He really is an all-star host and I would book again with him just because he's awesome.

Renting a car from Brandon was a seamless process. The car was easy to find and the pick up and drop off were really easy. My first time driving a Tesla went pretty good, there is definitely a learning process because everything is mostly done on the touchscreen. I had a some trouble finding charging stations but I’m sure it was issues with me and not the car. LOL 😂 I will rent the car again if gas prices stay high. Good experience overall

My first time using Turo to book a car. Nicholas' 2025 Tesla Y was a great experience. I booked it because its location was not far from where I was staying and the price was in my budget. I own a Prius but had never been in a Tesla, much less driven one. Nicholas drove me around his neighborhood, explaining how to operate the car. After that, I was on my way. Any questions I had I could text Nicholas or watch YouTube videos (there are plenty of them). Overall, I'd rent this car again in a minute! Thanks, Nicholas!

I almost always rent a Tesla when I come back into town and this time I went with Adam's new model Y. Wow, it's immaculate! The interior design and color scheme is sleek and perfect. If you don't know, Teslas move like a spaceship in a vacuum, and when you step on the accelerator it pulls you forward in an instant. It's an experience unlike any other car. I now like the Y more than the 3 because of this car. Get it for longer, trust me. I tried to extend during my trip but it was already booked. Now I'm back in my old car and I feel like a clown riding in a clown car. I truly felt happier driving in that Tesla. Anyway, I booked it again in a couple weeks :)

Anthony Stokes was exceptional in every way. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. His set up, delivery, communication, and intelligence were evident throughout my experience. The car was delivered spotless and in a convenient location. I had wanted to drive a Tesla Y for some time and Anthony allowed me that experience in a wonderful car. I have become a Turo fan, with hosts like Anthony this is clearly a better way to rent a car.
