The host was excellent throughout the whole process. Communication was very good, he was friendly and easy to deal with, and he made the whole car rental process simple and stress-free. Everything was straightforward from start to finish, and I would definitely rent from him again.
The Mercedes-Benz was an absolute pleasure to drive. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The ride was smooth, the vehicle performed flawlessly, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. The owner was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. I would definitely rent this Mercedes again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class TURO experience.

Great and easy car rental! Will definitely rent it again, Edith was great!
Car was dirty inside and out but performed well and did the job perfectly well for the price

The owner of the car is a very nice guy who was very responsive, accommodating and generally friendly. Car was great, I think in the London car renting market this is great value for the price.

We had a great experience renting this car through Turo! The host was friendly, welcoming, and made everything so easy. He kindly picked us up, and even the car he collected us in had great air conditioning, which was much appreciated in the 30°C heat. He also offered us water and dropped us off at the nearest station at the end of our trip. The rental car drove perfectly with no issues at all. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience with excellent service. We’d definitely recommend this host and would happily rent from them again!

I was confused with the address for pickup at first but managed to find it. Overall the performance of the car was really good!.

Host is really nice, appreciate the flexibility with pick up and drop off. Host offered to drop us at the airport for a fee, we took the offer. The car is an older model as mentioned by the host so doesn't have some of the latest features. For the price and service, it was a good value for money.
I had the car rental experience with Mirza! He was very communicative and fast in responding to any queries, the car drives very well and it’s also fuel efficient. Pick up and drop off process was very easy and straightforward, the host is also very kind and friendly. Definitely best price rate and car rental experience you would have (especially with automatic car!)

Sure! Here's another version without mentioning the owner's name: Excellent rental experience! The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Communication was quick and easy, and the pickup and return process was smooth. Everything went exactly as expected. I would definitely rent this car again. Highly recommended!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with Gordon! The car was spotless, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It was perfect for our long trip to Wales—comfortable, reliable, and drove beautifully. Gordon is a very friendly and kind, making the whole rental experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was surprisingly impressed with this car rental experience. Overall, I was really happy with the experience and would definitely rent again.

Streets steeped in history, world-class museums and galleries, and some of the most beautiful architecture you’ll have ever seen — London has it all. But some of the best experiences sit just beyond the center, and that’s where having a car changes everything.
Rent the perfect car
For one of London’s best views, head to Hampstead Heath. Wide open space, wild swimming ponds, and skyline views that go for miles. With a car, you can stay for sunset, explore nearby Hampstead village, and leave when you’re ready — no rushing.
Drive out to Windsor Castle, and it quickly feels like a different pace of life. Walk the scenic Long Walk, wander through Windsor and Eton, then follow the Thames along tree-lined riverbanks and open parkland. Having a car turns it from a quick visit into a full, laid-back day.
Sometimes you just need to leave the city behind. Head out into the countryside — think winding lanes, picturesque villages, and long stretches of rolling green hills. With a car, it’s all yours to explore — every turn feels scenic, every stop worth it.

Heathrow Airport is about 15–20 miles from central London, depending on where you’re heading. By car, the journey typically takes 30–60 minutes, though traffic can extend this during busy periods.
Before renting, make sure you meet the minimum age requirements and have a valid driving license.
Driving in London is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. You’ll be driving on the left-hand side, seat belts are required for everyone, and speed limits are shown in miles per hour. Roads are well marked, especially on bigger routes, so it’s easy to find your way around.
It can get busy in central London, particularly during morning and evening rush hour, so it’s worth planning around those times if you can.

Central London is busier, with more restrictions and paid parking, but there are still lots of garages and short-stay options available if you plan ahead.

No, there are no traditional toll roads around Heathrow or in most of London. However, if you drive into central London, you may need to pay the Congestion Charge, which applies in certain areas during set hours. Make sure to check in advance so there are no hidden costs.
Petrol stations are easy to find across London, especially along main roads, larger junctions, and in outer areas, with many open late or 24/7.
EV charging is also widely available, with thousands of charge points across the city in car parks, shopping centers, residential streets, and service stations. Fast chargers are often located along major routes, while slower chargers are commonly found in local neighborhoods.
While central London is well connected by public transportation, having your own car makes a real difference from the moment you land. Picking up a car rental at Heathrow Airport means you can skip waiting around or relying on a shuttle bus and start your trip on your own terms.
It becomes even more valuable once you head beyond the center of town. Whether you’re exploring outer London, visiting nearby cities, or driving to the coast — with places like Brighton just over an hour away — having your own car gives you the flexibility to make the most of your trip.
