Umar is a very good host. Clear communications through the entire process. Any questions I had he was always very prompt to reply. Pickup and drop off mechanics are very smooth and as I first time Turo user, I appreciated that over a car rental counter.
I’m very satisfied with the service. The customer service was excellent, with a very professional and friendly approach throughout the entire rental process. Everything was well organized, communication was easy, and I felt supported from start to finish. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this car rental service to others — you won’t be disappointed!
Very convenient, easy to pick up and drop off and was exactly what I needed at a price that beat the rental agency.
Excellent service. Great car rental experience. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Pickup and return were smooth, and the service was friendly and professional. Would definitely rent again!
Best car rental experience we've ever had!! And we've rented a car quite a bit. No waiting in line, no hassle and upselling at a check-in counter. Car was waiting at the airport. Returned to the car park at airport. Car was clean and comfortable. No shuttles required. Everything was done from our phone. So easy! We'll definitely use this service again.
Best car rental service i have ever have .!! I loved their car their service ! They helped me with my extension and really helped me a lot ! Really loved it ….!
Highly recommend! Considering the quality and the price, it’s an incredible value. Just a heads-up: I originally thought it was a standard C-Class 4Matic, but it turned out to be the Coupe model. Still, I had a blast driving it! The rear seats fold down, so cargo space wasn't an issue at all. The car was spotless, and there were no warning lights or mechanical issues during the trip. The host was also super friendly and communicative.
Great rental experience! I used the car to attend a wedding, and it drove smoothly throughout the trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent again!
Chang is very nice, his car was very clean, ran great and was good on gas. He kept me updated about the pick up time and was there when I dropped it off. I would definitely want from Chang again.
Awesome experience! Great price, quality, communication, and accessible pick up. Looking forward to booking again!
Excellent Tesla rental. The car was amazing and FSD was mind-blowing. Kind, responsive host with clear instructions. Smooth experience overall. Would rent again.
Everything was great! Clear instructions, seamless pickup and drop off, clean car. Would rent from Roman again!
