Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The car was great, exactly as described, clean and well presented, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the service after the hire. I accidentally left my headphones in the car when I returned it and didn’t realise until afterwards. He went out of his way to find them and is sending them back to me, which I really appreciate. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’d happily hire from him again without hesitation. Easy 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Though a little old now, the Subaru Liberty was a pleasure to drive and very easy on fuel. The car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. MJ was helpful and responsive, and even offered to drive me back home after drop-off. It's great to have a car rental in the inner south of Canberra!

Kia CERATO 2016

Pick up and drop off was easy enough. Noor was always super responsive and helpful to messages before and during trip. Car interior was clean, exterior wasn’t clean and had to give windscreen a decent clean. Car served the purpose of getting around and was good on fuel efficiency, wasn’t a full tank on pick up and only 3/4 but returned with the same amount.
