Driving a Tesla for the first time was a bit daunting but after communicating with Win I was at ease and everything couldn’t have gone better.

This was our first Turo experience after many issues with rental car companies. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time with Monica and her Tahoe! Highly recommend.

Monica was great! She was super friendly and communication was easy. I needed to extend my trip and was able to do so without hassle. The truck was very clean and in perfect condition. Her husband came to us to pick up the truck and he was very friendly, as well. Great people! The one small issue I, personally, had was that there was air freshener scent in the vehicle, as I am very sensitive and wish chemical, synthetic fragrance didn’t exist! However, before picking up the truck, I asked Monica if there was any used inside and, if so, would she remove it and air out the vehicle as much as possible. She was very receptive to my request and was very sweet to do just that. All-in-all a great experience!

Car was clean and drove well (hey, it’s a Range Rover!). Pick up and drop off was easy. Host was communicative before pickup and return with simple instructions and even checked in to make sure everything was going ok. Oh, it IS the long wheel base and has incredible back seat room to stretch your legs.
