⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience renting the 2016 Maserati Ghibli! The car was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. The host was perfect — very friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole rental process simple and stress-free. The price was also very reasonable, especially for a luxury car. I rented it for 3 days and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this host and the Maserati to anyone looking for a great Turo experience. I’ll definitely rent again!
Location and host were great and very accomodating. Had a slight issue with the car battery (just a luck of the draw type of thing) but the assistance we recieved to help and rectify the situation was top notch! It was a good stress test of all the processes and procedures within Turo and I really cant fault the assistance we recived.
Just booked this unit. we just had a problem because the last renter filled the wrong type of unleaded fuel to the car that made it struggle to accelerate. the host was very responsive though and told us its still safe to drive. smooth transaction and hassle free. will recommend it too.

I had a great experience renting the 2021 BMW 2 Series. The car was comfortable, stylish and really enjoyable to drive. It handled very well, had plenty of power and felt smooth and refined throughout the trip. The car was also clean and well maintained when I picked it up. Overall, it was a great choice for a rental and I would definitely consider renting it again. Highly recommended!
Easy pick up and drop off. Responsive and kind hosts 😊 Car does the job, slows a bit on steeper hills but otherwise fine. Bluetooth/aux doesn't connect to your phone (as per listing). We just played music off our own speaker. Handy car for our trip out of Sydney. Would rent again! Thank you! 😊

Great, compact, fuel-efficient car. The handover was smooth, the hosts are very friendly, and the car was easy to locate. The car is in great condition and was very clean in and out upon pick up. A USB cable and an umbrella were also provided just in case you need them.😊 Will definitely rent again.

I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!

What do I need to rent a car on Turo?
To book a car on Turo, you must create a Turo account, have a valid driver’s license, get approved to drive on Turo, and be 18 years old or older in the US, 21 years old or older in Australia, or 23 years old or older in Canada.
In the UK, you must be 21 years old or older and have held a UK or EU license for at least one year, or another driver’s license for at least two years. In France you must be 18 years old or older and have held a driver’s license for at least two years, longer for certain makes and models of vehicles.
When you’re booking your first trip, you’ll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver’s license and some other information. In most cases, you’ll get approved immediately, and you’ll be set for all future road trips, day trips, and business trips!
Do I need my own insurance?
No, you don’t need personal insurance coverage to book a car on Turo.
When booking a car in Australia, you’ll choose between the Premier (if available), Standard, and Minimum protection plans. Each plan includes varying limits on financial responsibility for damage to a host’s vehicle. All trips include $20,000,000 in legal liability protection for damage to other people’s property. All protection is provided by Turo Travels Mutual.*
Do I need an Australian license to drive in Australia?
No, you don’t need an Australian licence to rent a car in Australia. But you do need a valid driver’s licence — most international driver’s licences are accepted in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and France.
Can other people drive a car that I rented?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever rented the car) can add additional drivers with no fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to add additional drivers before your trip starts, though guests can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s licence and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve rented. You can add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
What is the cancellation policy on Turo?
You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts, unless you opt to receive a non-refundable trip discount when you book. If you book a trip with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have one hour after booking to cancel free of charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
What happens if I have an accident?
If there’s an emergency or an issue with the car, call our emergency roadside assistance provider, available 24/7. We’ll make sure you’re safe, then help you get back on your way.
Can I get my car delivered to me?
Yes, many hosts offer delivery to travel hubs like airports, train stations, and hotels, or to custom delivery locations. There are cars available on Turo near hundreds of airports, or you can have your car delivered for pickup and return at your hotel or vacation rental to save time and hassle. Some hosts offer free delivery, while others set their own delivery fee for the service.
How do I get discounts when renting a car?
Many Turo hosts offer discounted prices for weekly and monthly trips, so you’ll get the best deals and lowest rates possible by booking longer trips.

What are the cleaning and safety policies on Turo?
