Doug was great to work with, previous renter didn’t charge the battery before returning the car, but he called to let us know and was able to get a 50% charge prior to delivering the car. Only real flaw that I had was the range, I had to charge twice from Dallas to Houston. Car drives great though.
He was on time and very accommodating. The car was super clean, had alcohol wipes, and a mask for me. He brought the car to me and picked it up from my location. Mike was so sweet and responded promptly when I reached out to him. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
