The van was great, clean and ran perfectly. The big trolly and dolly provided were also excellent. Helped immensely with the boxes we moved. There were also nylon straps and padded blankets but we just had boxes so didn’t use them this trip. Pickup was easy and drop off too, John was easy to contact and we completed the trip with ease, definitely recommend to book with John.
