Tried to contact host to end the trip as the car had lost location on navigation device but was uncontactable.
Text message via and external locking system is not easy to use at all, the car is unable to lock via key which is actually quiet annoying.
I'm sorry you were unable to contact us but it was 10 pm at night! No effort was made to contact Turo support either. OK u had a reason to leave the van unlocked but no effort was made to refill the fuel to full as when at start of the booking. Potato chip left on the seat. KFC sauce pack left behind the seat on the floor. Coffee stains all over the floor. You're not expecting to wash the car but if someone else had booked the van the next morning at 8 am & seen the food you left behind...?
