This is one of the best car rentals I’ve had, the communication from the host was absolutely incredible he messaged me all relevant information about the car pickup and drop offs. But most importantly the car was very nice and clean and this is the reason why I rated it 5 stars thank you host I will only be using this App Turo for all my rental cars moving forward.

This is my first time renting on Turo and Fedir & Alex had made this experience wonderful from start to finish. Pickup and return at the airport were easy and instructions were very clear. They were on time to make sure there's no delay in my itinerary. Communication was clear and efficient. The car was in pristine condition. Exterior and Interior were spotlessly clean. It also smells really good inside. It feels cleaner than a new car! They also included a phone holder and some charging cables which was a nice touch to make our time easier. The machineries works perfectly. It is clear that the hosts put a high level of dedication to maintain the car. I would believe it if you tell me this car is brand new despite being a 2017 car. I would highly recommend renting with them if you are doing a road trip in Victoria. I can't think of a better car to do this than the GLC43. It is powerful while comfortable at the same time. You've got heated and ventilated seats and different drive modes to select according to your driving style. With Fedir's and Alex's hosting, you cannot go wrong. Will definitely rent again if I ever come back to Melbourne.

This was a last minute booking as the car we wanted to rent was in a crash and the trip was cancelled because of that. The car was comfortable. The CarPlay was abit wonky and got disconnected multiple times during the trip, even after changing multiple usb, it does not work. Ended up not using the CarPlay and used our mobile phone directly. Shyam was friendly, easy to communicate with. Pick up was very confusing as the car was left at the value carpark and parking was not paid for so had quite a bit of an issue trying to get out of the parking even when speaking to the customer service at the intercom. It took us like 20mins before we managed to get out of the carpark gantry after going back and forth with customer service. The return process was smooth and hassle-free besides the parking fee reimbursement was missed. Overall, probably would rent from Shyam again in the future. Overall,

Rented the defender for a week and it was a great ride! Very comfortable ride for my family of 4. Able to fit in all our luggage’s. Car was clean when we picked it up. Smooth process picking and dropping off the car.

Hamza’s Mazda was perfect for our short 3 day trip in Melbourne. Pick up and drop off was easy and accommodating, especially since we came in at 12:30am and departed at 10:30pm. Would use again when back in Melbourne.

Had a fantastic trip with Farland’s Forester! Easy pick up from the car park at Melbourne Airport. The car itself was lovely. Fantastic spec for the Forester and was super comfy, sporty, filled with tech and perfect to drive in Melbourne.
