really appreciated the effort this host put in to be accomodating during a very rushed trip to attend to a family member in palliative care . The car rental experience was outstanding. The owner, Mou is a nice guy who was flexible since the booking and arranged the pickup and drop-off smoothly. The RAV4 was great and very economical throughout the journey as we went to Yarra valley, Mt Hotham and so many places. The ride was very smooth and car was perfect for 4 of us with our baggages. Nick was an excellent host! The 2025 Tesla Model Y was spotless, in perfect condition, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Having Full Self-Driving (FSD) made a huge difference, especially since I wasn’t familiar with driving around Melbourne. It made navigating the city so much easier and far less stressful. The pickup and return process was seamless and very convenient. Communication was great throughout the trip. To top it off, I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car after returning it. Nick was incredibly kind and went out of his way to post them back to me. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend renting from Nick, and I would definitely book with him again!
