This is my first time renting on Turo and Fedir & Alex had made this experience wonderful from start to finish. Pickup and return at the airport were easy and instructions were very clear. They were on time to make sure there's no delay in my itinerary. Communication was clear and efficient. The car was in pristine condition. Exterior and Interior were spotlessly clean. It also smells really good inside. It feels cleaner than a new car! They also included a phone holder and some charging cables which was a nice touch to make our time easier. The machineries works perfectly. It is clear that the hosts put a high level of dedication to maintain the car. I would believe it if you tell me this car is brand new despite being a 2017 car.
I would highly recommend renting with them if you are doing a road trip in Victoria. I can't think of a better car to do this than the GLC43. It is powerful while comfortable at the same time. You've got heated and ventilated seats and different drive modes to select according to your driving style.
With Fedir's and Alex's hosting, you cannot go wrong. Will definitely rent again if I ever come back to Melbourne.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Alex and Fedir were fantastic hosts — super friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. The C45 AMG was immaculate, exactly as described, and an absolute blast to drive. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, with clear instructions and great communication throughout. You can tell they really take pride in their car. Will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Melbourne!
