Serge was a great communicator, very easy pickup and drop off. Car was great! Even when we left some documents in the car, Serge found us and gave them to us, amazing guy!
The pick up was with a gentleman named Adnane, who was very polite and helpful. He collected us from the airport and dropped us to his nearby residence to accept the vehicle (about 10 minutes). He also kindly provided local advice to help us locate a supermarket before they closed for the evening. For the return, we met Adnane at the same residence and he dropped us off at airport departures after checking over the car. All in all, a very easy and efficient experience. We drove about 800 - 900km in the car and found it comfortable, well equipped (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Aircon etc) and economical. Recommended.

Jean-Luc a été très arrangeant pour la remise des clés. Nous avons pu les récupérer en sortant de l’aéroport. Le véhicule est en très bon état, très propre, et consomme peu, parfait pour se balader quelques jours !
Une très bonne expérience ! Malgré un petit imprévu avec le premier véhicule, la propriétaire a été exceptionnelle par sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Dès que je l’ai informée du problème, elle a trouvé une solution immédiatement et m’a apporté le jour même une voiture de remplacement surclassée, sans aucun supplément, en faisant près de 80 km pour me l’amener.
