The van in itself was good for the purpose of our trip. The main complaint I have is the passenger seat wouldn't recline and it was sitting at nearly a 90 degree angle. I messaged the host about it and he acknowledged that the seat didn't work to recline. We drove to Kansas from California and my wife had to sit in that position for the duration of our trip, making it hard to ride comfortably. It would've been nice if it would've been disclosed before I booked the trip. We noticed this about an hour into the trip so it was too late to try to find and book another vehicle. There's also no Bluetooth on the radio and it was missing the antenna, so listening to music was impossible without the aux adapter for the type c dongle. We ended up buying a cheap Bluetooth speaker to have some music on the road. I asked the host if there'd be any type of compensation for the inconveniences and he said there's no such option.

Great van, my family and I enjoyed taking this van on our family trip. It was very spacious and drove excellent. It also saved us the hassle of using multiple vehicles. Highly recommend
