The car was banged up all around. Had the brakes fail out of state and the owner lied about damage to the vehicle when I returned it. Failed to reimburse my hotel and repair on the brakes as the breakdown was at 4am. Damage they claimed was in photos they originally provided before rental. VERY disappointed in my first TURO rental. Their customer service has been working all week to reverse the charges, so there may be hope yet, but the owner was a fraud.
