Pick up and drop off were easy, Mark was super responsive, and the van was great for our use!

Thank you! Van was great

The van was perfect for what I needed. Made moving across the state 10x easier. Had a bad blind spot with it being a cargo van, but otherwise was easy to drive. Having the factory navigation was a big help too, though not as good as Google Maps or Waze.
