Car was dangerous. Owners seem to be Chinese pretending to be Americans possibly trying to put Americans in danger. Gas cap was loose. Panel under was loose I replaced it from the dealer as a favor even though he neglected the car. Rear view camera did not work very dangerous luckily im a professional driver. Windshield waasher fluid was very low. Oil change light came on during trip. Maybe a sabotage? Or a Saboteur? Careful. He even called my personal number without consent to harass me for a dirty driver area even though i washed the outside and interior cargo bay for him… high milage and neglected vehicle carefhl w this owner .

I take vehicle safety seriously. The guest reported no safety concerns during the trip; these claims appeared only after I documented the van’s extremely dirty return condition. He also admitted altering vehicle parts without permission. My contact concerned only the vehicle’s condition. His statements that Chinese people were “pretending to be Americans” and might endanger Americans were discriminatory and unrelated to the trip. All photos and messages have been submitted to Turo.

The van was amazing! It was extremely clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. The host was also very attentive, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and smooth. I would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!
