Excellent rental experience. I had never heard of this vehicle before I rented this one, but I love it. Huge capacity but doesn’t feel like driving a big van.

The van rode smoothly and worked for what we needed. it was comfortable. It is older so sliding door gets stuck a little and is not super easy to open and close. Overall I am really disappointed about not getting a discount that I was promised. I asked to pick up early and host said she would discount to $30. I paid an extra $87, she said she would adjust after I paid, even after I dropped off she said she was still working on it. So I feel mislead/lied to at this point. I would have just picked up the van after brunch if I would have know it would have been that much. $87 is not worth 3 hours. I appreciate her allowing me to get early, but would have rather she tell me no if I was not going to be credited or charged what she promised. So sad to say with that alone I had to give 3 stars.
To clarify, the $87 early pickup fee is set by Turo and isn’t something we can control. We never promised a discount, only said we’d try. We still sent $50 as a courtesy, which wasn’t required, and you agreed to it. In hindsight, we regret sending the discount given this outcome. We’re extremely disappointed this is how it was reflected. Because of people like you, we’ll be sticking strictly to Turo pricing and won’t be offering additional discounts outside the platform.

Terrible communication with the host. Unresponsive and did not provide information for drop off, did not show up for pick up. I had to wait 45 minutes at pick up and now it drop off there’s no responses for where to leave the car. The car was in poor repair. Overdue for an oil change makes lots of weird noises, the interior was kind of gross. Not a good experience. Wow, lots of room for people. It was impossible to load any luggage in.

Hi. The booking was for pickup and return at our house. We still rushed and delivered the bus to the airport at no extra charge. You only asked where to leave it at the last minute and left it without confirmation. We weren’t even home to receive it. We had to go to the airport and pay for parking. Any changes must be agreed in advance.
