First time renting through turo. Van is super loud, creaky and rough over bumpy roads. Also was not full of gas when dropped off. It was a very seamless process and absolutely served its purpose. Would rent again

YES our van IS going to be loud and creaky over bumpy roads and off road at camping Destinations.
That’s expected in a 10+ year old van filled with people and gear.
We apologize the van was 7/8 filled after delivering it to you An hour away.
We have adjusted our SOP’s to make sure our Employee Now stops at a nearby gas station to Top it off before delivery.
Glad the trip was successful and the Van served its purpose.

The car ran well for a 2013. However sadly a fuse broke and the break lights and blinkers didn’t work. We should have checked them before heading out.
Also, the air conditioner doesn’t work in the back of the van. It blew hot air from the floor. Thankfully we just kept it on in the front and it was enough to keep it cool. Owner was super responsive and helpful about it all though.
