The van drove well and the host was nice; however the exterior of the van is very, very scratched and dented. When the host came to pick up the vehicle, he said that I had added to the many scratches which I absolutely did not. If you rent this van, I highly suggest you document every single dent and scratch from top to bottom on the vehicle.

James, thank you for your review. The van does have cosmetic wear, as it is a commercial cargo van. However, the scratches I pointed out at the end of your trip appeared while the van was in your possession. I washed the van before your trip, and they were not there. I later reviewed the photos from previous trips, and those scratches were not present there either. It’s unfortunate that the van was returned with new damage, and I also received a lower rating because of it.
Great experience from start to finish! The van was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed. Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and Denis was friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend!
