Good transportation vehicle for our group of 11.
Accommodated the customer with a last second rental, after his other host canceled, which was inconvenient to me, but that’s part of being a host. Not sure the reasons for the non-5 stars, I’m guessing it was the fact he brought it back needing gas and I charged him for it and he was upset. Despite my best efforts to please everyone, unfortunately there are some people who will never be satisfied, regardless what you do

It was a smooth vehicle that seated my entire family for the trip, everything was as described in the ad. I would recommend to anyone with a big family

This van was great for our group of 12. Very clean and easy pickup. The communication from Jay was excellent!
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
