Thank you so incredibly much to the host Jay! He was extremely helpful and kind! I’m a first time user on this app and to Turo. I had so many issues with Turo as a company, and the customer service but Jay was able to help me. We rented a big van for my bachelorette trip. The van was clean and spacious and drove great! The A/C worked wonderful and we were in the car for 5 hours each way. Jay was awesome at communicating and flexible with our schedule when we needed a later drop off time, thanks again Jay!
