The customer service was amazing. I rented a smaller vehicle initially and found it wouldn’t fit my needs. The owners stayed with me as I changed the vehicle to something bigger. The process was a nightmare through turo but the owner stayed with me through the end advocating for me as their client. I would recommend renting a vehicle through them.
