Had an issue with the Turo platform, host did not get any notifications or even see our confirmed reservation on her account. No fault of the host, but even though strangers showed up unannounced at her door at 10pm at night she was friendly and understanding and she let us proceed with reservation despite minimal help from Turo support. The van itself was reliable and worked great for our purposes. Host was also very communicative and flexible. Thanks!
