The host was very kind. Pick up was easy, no issues there. The van had some issues that made the trip concerning. AC cut out during the drive, alignment was off, brakes are squeaky, and the front tires were dangerously bald on the inside. Have no issues with the host, they were very apologetic about all the issues, my concern is more the routine maintenance and what Turo does to ensure that vehicles are up to some kind of safety standard before it’s being rented out. This is my first time renting through Turo and it was pretty disappointing.
