The car stopped running the last full day of our trip. We received two replacement cars within a few hours. The man who brought the second car shared that the alternator should have been replaced in our original car prior to giving it to us. We lost half a day from our vacation.

Booking the car was a simple process. I’m a 1st time user of TURO. Communications were excellent with both the app as well as the owner of the vehicle. Constant updates were provided and were much appreciated.
The car was exactly where it was indicated at the airport. Took all the required pictures and we were on our way. Everything worked well. I really appreciated the interaction with Zachery and his team. They were always just a text message away whether it was their cell phone number or thru the app.
Back to the airport, great communication again on what to do. Bunch of pictures uploaded and we were back inside the airport terminal.
