Grate van no complains I would recommend to anyone if you need a family rental this is the van

Pro: Vehicle drove fine. Took a trip to South Carolina with 11 family members and luggage for a three day trip. Even brought a large convertible car seat that fit comfortably. Vehicle has car seat anchors. Multiple usb and 12v charging locations. Relatively good on gas.
Cons: Windshield was dirty when vehicle was inspected during check in. Host should replace windshield wipers before renting again. Renters should note that the front windshield is tinted and may affect visibility if you have a hard time driving at night. Trim near running board is broken and inhibits your ability to step on running board properly. (Could be difficult for someone with mobility issues) A decent amount of armrest are broken and missing. Thumb tacks holding up LED stripping. Initial check in instructions were not ideal and I’ve had a better experience with other hosts. Was told “check pictures” for key location, but no real instructions were given in my opinion.
Take away: overall had a good experience. Cons are just something’s renters and host should be fully aware of to improve on for next Turo experience.
