Host, vehicle and pickup location were great. However the tires were bald and down to the wear bar when we picked up which is a huge safety concern. Additionally the wiper blades were dry rotted and brittle which caused them to break while in use. We had to replace the blades ourselves while on our trip but the Host was very quick to reimburse the cost via Zelle. Despite those few hiccups with the vehicle maintenance the trip was outstanding and we would book again in the future.

Van was booked short notice and did exactly what we needed. We did get a flat tyre but the response time on sorting this and replacing was fantastic. Would use again.
